All requests must be received by the first of the month prior to the A&P meeting. Then the request will be placed on the agenda. The Commission meets on the last Tuesday of the month at 9am.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Starting July 2024, the A&P Commission will change the structure of its regular meetings. All requests must be received by the 15th of the month that the A&P Presentation meeting will be held. Meeting schedules will include:
PRESENTATION MEETING: All those seeking funds must be present during this time. No funding decisions will be made.
ALLOCATIONS MEETING: Funding decisions from previous presentation meeting are made.
ADMINISTRATIVE MEETING: Time for all other business A&P needs to conduct; an internal meeting if you will.
For example:
July 2024: Presentation Meeting
August 2024: Allocations Meeting
September 2024: Administrative Meeting
October 2024: Presentation Meeting
November 2024: Allocations Meeting
December 2024: Administrative Meeting
A request can be heard during non-presentation meetings if approved by a 2/3 vote of the commission. This would be for extenuating circumstances.
