Searcy Parks

Searcy has parks throughout the city with a variety of features and amenities. Check out each of the parks below.

Spring Park

Spring Park is a delightful park located near Downtown Searcy. In need of a moment of calm? Here you can bask in the sun, take an afternoon stroll through the botanical trails, or sit by the beautiful creek and relax. It also houses a large pavilion perfect for an outdoor family lunch.

Near the back of the park is a playground with swings and a couple of slides. While the kids play, you can grab a blanket and that book you have been waiting to finish and enjoy some “me time” underneath a plethora of oaks.

This park is centrally located, it is close to the downtown area as well as the Searcy Public Library.

Spring Park Features:

  • Large Pavilion

  • Walking Paths

  • Playground

Riverside Park

Riverside Park is in the countryside of Searcy. The short journey there is best done with the windows down and the wind in your hair. This park can be an all-day outing as there are many things to do. Along with its two playgrounds (including a rope climbing feature), pavilion, and basketball goal, this location also has biking and hiking trails that lead to scenic views of the Little Red River. The open fields behind the playgrounds create the perfect space for a family picnic, games of tag, or flying kites.

Yancey Park

Yancey Park is conveniently located off of Beebe Capps. There have been many birthday parties hosted at this location due to its two playgrounds and pavilion. One of the best features of this park is the second pavilion in a peaceful field. At this park you can have some friendly competition on the tennis or basketball courts, sit along the clear running creek (or above on the bridge), and walk down the flower lined pathways.

Berryhill Park

Berryhill Park is located in the middle of town right off Race Street. This facility is home to Searcy’s brand new tennis and pickleball courts, which were partially funded by the Searcy A&P Commission. These courts are large enough to hold both tennis and pickleball tournaments.

In addition, this park has a great playground for children and a large pavilion. It is home to many popular activities throughout the year including Holiday of Lights and Movies in the Park.
